"Pritam would always say that the portion 'Bhar Do Jholi Meri Ya He also said that the composer of the song Pritam has nowhere ever said that he had composed the particular song. Speaking in a very light hearted fashion, Sami shared that he was not aware of any such controversies or legal notices being sent anywhere. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Sami was asked for his take on the reaction of Amjad Sabri and EMI who had made a controversial matter out of the recreation of the popular qawwali. Sami, however, lately cleared the air by stating that when something goes into a legendary status then the world picks it and it's acceptable.
While Bollywood buffs have been swooning over how beautifully the number has been sung by Adnan Sami, back in Pakistan besides receiving mixed reviews, it also provoked qawwali's original producers to take legal action against the composers of the recreated song. Salman Khan's favourite song in his upcoming entertainer 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', 'Bhar Do Jholi Meri' has lately been making a lot of noise, in both Pakistan and India.
